Dionex

Tryptic peptides are separated by nanoLC on a peptide trap and a C18 column with a mobile phase formed from (A) HPLC grade water containing 0.1% formic acid and (B) HPLC grade acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid. A nanospray source (Picoview) is interfaced to the mass spectrometers. The mass spectrometry acquisition method involved one full MS scan, over a mass range encompassing 450-2000 Da, immediately followed by data-dependent MS/MS scans of the 3 - 6 most intense ions detected in the full scan, subject to dynamic exclusion criteria.
