METHODS
Tryptic digestion
Silver-stained spots were picked and in-gel digestion was performed with an Investigator ProGest (Genomic Solutions) robotic digestion system according to published methods. After tryptic digestion overnight, peptide were extracted, lyophilized, and resuspended in 0.1% (v/v) formic acid for MS/MS analysis.
